No one wants to find the money to keep paying for expensive maintenance on their property. So finally there is a solution.

We offer maintenance packages, what does that mean. Well, it means that instead of having to find a business and organise a house wash, and a roof clean, window cleaning and don’t forget the driveway. We can do it all for you, we can inspect your home and provide you with 3 maintenance options to keep your home in tip top shape.

The benefit to you is that instead of getting hit with a bill at the end of each item, we just oranise a monthly fee for 12 months. We then book in the individual jobs in advance and complete them when needed throughout the year. Saved you the stress of large bills and yo have the comfort of knowing that the home will be maintained.

Here is another reason this is a cracking idea…. we also undertake some maintenance we do not offer on a once off basis. We don’t offer these because they are expensive if we have to do them singularly, however if we fit them in when we are already at your home, the cost is so much less to you.

When you take out a maintenance plan, you can pick and choose what works for you, and we tailor a plan for you. The list of what we can offer is:
