That bit that keeps you dry

This is all charged per m2. How do we work it out? take the size of your roof (length by width) and make sure you add 20% for a standard pitch roof, 10% for a flat roof and 30% for a steep pitch. Guttering is per lineal meter. Guide is approximate and are exclusive of GST

Roof Cleaning. Metal $3.00m2. Tile $4.00m2 and Terracotta $6.00m2

Roof Re-screw. $2.00 per screw

Roof Re-paint. This one is super tricky as it does depend on the roof, how bad the current condition. However as a guide, i would expect a standard repaint to cost approximately $25-$35m2 including cleaning, gutter cleaning, primer and paint.

Gutter Cleaning . $5.50 lineal meter. This is not just emptying but cleaning out the gutters and preventing build up

Gutter Guard. $40 - $55 per lineal and includes the cost of the gutter guard. We only use quality products. Nothing plastic

Solar panels. of $11 per panel, depending on location and style.

Roof Restoration. Very difficult to quote, however as a ball park assuming no repairs are needed. To complete all the above (Solar panel optional, will include gutter guard.) $60m2

The House and the Ground

This is all charged per m2. How do we work it out? take the length of the work and multiple by the height. Guide is approximate.

Housewash. Driveways/Walkways/Paths.Pavers/Decking/Fences.

This is charged per m2 at $2.50. How do we work it out? take the length of all outside walls and then multiple it by the height (usually 2.4m or3.0m)

This includes a cleaner additive. This is not simply blasting water at your home. It also includes a Prep and Clean stage (2 passes around the home)

There can be an addition of a commercial cleaner and prep wash (this is a 3 stage clean) for a total cost of $4.00 per m2

What is this Crazy Maintenance Package

The options are endless here, however we will show you a full package deal for a standard Aussie home in a monthly package vs once off costs: (All items are 1 per year excluding garden care)

• Roof Cleaning = $720 (180m2)

• Gutter Cleaning = $180 (30lm)

• Solar panel cleaning - $120 (10 panels)

• House Wash = $574 (144m2 @ $4.00)

• Driveway = $240 (60m2 @$4.00)

• All hard outdoor area cleaning (decks, walkways ect) = $120 (30m2 x $4.00)

  These items can be included in the maintenance package and are not offered on their own:

• Window Cleaning (inside and out) = $240 (30 window panes and 2 full length)

• Lawn care (Mowing, Edging ect) = $780 (once per month )

• Garden Bedding (Mulching) = $320 ( 1 m3 Eco Mulch)

• Garden cleanup = $360 (1 half day of garden work, pruning, clearing and including removal and dumping)

• Outdoor Furniture cleaning = $100 (Outdoor setting and plant pots ect)

Total cost for a full year of cleaning for the average home and garden would be $4,094. Or, if a package is utilised, we can fit the ongoing work in during the year at a fixed price with monthly costs of $295 per month or $69 per week.

You get the house wash for free!!

Do keep two things in mind:

• We will use on site water for all work unless rural and we need to cartage our own at cost.

• All prices are on single story homes. Double story require safety railings and this is a higher cost

• Pressure washing and softwashing can allow water to enter the home, by existing leaks, broken tiles, unsealed windows ect. We cannot take any responsibility for the homes condition prior to out work
