Pressure Cleaning
Why should you pressure clean your surfaces, surely a hose can do it too? Unfortunately not, sometimes to get rid of some hard grime or stains you need a little more grunt. Put this together with some cleaning products (both Eco or commercial) and you really have the powerhouse answer. Not to mention, the time and effort taken to clean these areas with a hose and bucket vs a professional is monstrous
Housewashing
Why would i pay someone to wash my house? and wont they break my windows…
When we do a house wash, which should be an annual event, or prior to putting a home up for sale. We do it with a soft wash, this means we use much more pressure than a standard garden hose, but our aim is to remove what should not be on the surface, not the surface itself. We switch pressure on the fly to keep your windows as waterproof as they have ever been. We then apply a detergent (of your choice) to the property and wash down again. It is a much more in-depth clean than you can achieve with a hose and bucket… at least before you go crazy.
Also think.. stains, mildew. mold.. all the nasties… they are gone with this process.
Did you know…. to keep the new paint warranty in tact from your freshly painted home, you are required to ash the home every 6 months?
Driveways
Who doesn’t was a clean driveway? its the one part of your house that welcomes you hame after a hard day. It invites you in. It should be spick and span, clean and under control… even if everything else isn’t.
It is not as easy as grabbing a pressure washer from marketplace and going at your driveway at full force.. I will keep my secrets but there are steps to cleaning a driveway correctly and getting rid of those difficult spots and blotches.
There is also a bit of a dark art to cleaning your driveway whilst not killing your grass, or pressure washing off the cover-crete that is just holding on by a thread.
There are also cleaners and Eco options to discuss as well as future preventatives such as spray on repellents ect.
Do it once and do it right, then the driveway will look great until the annual recondition comes along…i bet the marketplace pressure washer is in the next dump run!
